Abstract The paper shows certain contemporary artistic strategies of resistance, based on hacking and hacktivism, which subject is skin, body and code. Author distinguishes such strategies as: 1) hacking of wearable technologies and sousveillance, 2) hacking of bodies and biological surveillance, and 3) humorous elaboration of ubicomp. Some chosen examples from the field of cyberarts disclose the complexity of artistic process and new forms of creativity, where the information tools and knowledge of programming become the fundamental means of artistic creation.
